My identity verification was rejected - what do I do?

We are sorry to hear your verification was not successful! Don't worry — if your verification was rejected, you are able to resubmit and try again. 

 

Why might my verification have been rejected? 

There are a few common reasons a submission may not be approved: 

  1. The document submitted was expired. 

  1. The image was blurry, cropped, or difficult to read. 

  1. The document was submitted in black and white rather than color. 

  1. The name or details did not match your Luck Party account. 

  1. The document type submitted is not accepted (see accepted documents above). 

  1. The document appeared to have been altered or edited.

  • Passport 

  • Driver's license 

  • State ID 

 

What to do next: 

  1. Prepare a new document that meets all the requirements listed above. 

  1. Resubmit through your Luck Party account. 

 

💡  Tips for a successful resubmission: 

  • We suggest going through the ID and facial scan verification process using your mobile phone camera for the best results. 

  • Make sure your document is valid and not expired. 

  • Take the photo in good lighting so all text is clearly visible. 

  • Ensure the full document is in frame — no edges cut off. 

  • Confirm your details match your Luck Party account exactly.
