Quick, step-by-step help for using Luck Party's responsible social sweepstakes gaming tools.

What are the Player Safety tools?

Luck Party is a social sweepstakes casino, and we want your play to stay fun. That's why we offer four tools to help you stay in control: Activity Reminder, Purchase Limit, Taking a Break, and Self Exclusion.

Where do I find these tools?

  1. Log in and tap the menu icon.
  2. Select Player Safety.

  1. Pick a tool: Activity Reminder, Purchase Limit, Taking a Break, or Self Exclusion.

How do I set an Activity Reminder?

This pauses your sweepstakes play at set intervals so you can decide whether to keep going.

  1. Go to Player Safety > Activity Reminder.
  2. Pick an interval: 10, 30, 60, 120, or 180 minutes (default is 60).
  3. When it triggers, choose to end or continue your session.

How do I set a Purchase Limit?

This caps how many Gold Coins you can buy in a chosen period.

  1. Go to Player Safety > Purchase Limit.
  2. Pick a period: 1, 7, 14, or 30 days.
  3. Set your limit. Once reached, new purchases are blocked until it resets.

Adjusting it later: Lowering the limit is instant. Raising or removing it takes effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Note: Any tax on Gold Coin purchases doesn't count toward your limit.

How do I take a break?

This locks your account for a short period so you can step away from gameplay.

  1. Go to Player Safety > Taking a Break.
  2. Pick a length: 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days.
  3. Your account stays locked until the break ends; it can't be reactivated early. and we'll stop sending emails or texts for the duration.

How do I self-exclude?

  1. Go to Player Safety > Self Exclusion.
  2. Pick a duration: 6, 12, 24, 36, or 60 months (6 months minimum).
  3. Once confirmed, it can't be cancelled or changed, and we'll stop sending emails or texts for the duration.

Want to self-exclude permanently? Submit a ticket to request it. We may ask for verification to confirm you're the account holder.

Our policies and terms may vary depending on your location. If you are located  in a state where sweepstakes are prohibited, this may not apply to you.
